What is CrossFit Paleo Challenge

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. Unit 2 CrossFit uses CrossFit methodologies combined with the strength and conditioning used for combat athletes.  Our program was voted Best CrossFit gym by the readers of Creative Loafing.

Our last Paleo Challenge was a huge success.  Our body change winners lost 14 and 15 lbs each.  Our performance winners took over 1 minute off their 1 mile run times.  

We are starting our next Paleo Challenge on March 31st at 12:00 PM.
